We are pleased to announce that we have negotiated tax investigation insurance for our PCN clients.
The insurance will cover an investigation by HMRC into the finances of PCNs, including the taxation of Clinical Directors and any surplus or deficit made the PCN. Unlike some tax investigation policies, the investigation will be handled by the team at Ramsay Brown, and not a tax representative appointed by the insurance company.
